Building permits

The Planning board has to approve all non-residential building permits, changes of use, site plan review applications and subdivisions. Residential permits are approved by the
code enforcement officer.

Shoreland zone permits are approved by either the code enforcement officer or the planning board, depending on the type of application. The Planning Board meets the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 7 pm.
