Directions to the Transfer Station:
39 Brown Street, Norway: From the High School, turn on to Fair Street. Turn down Brown Street, at the Oxford Networks building across from Amato's. When you start down the hill bear right into the transfer station
Directions to the Frost Hill Demolition Debris Landfill (Stump Dump):
134 Stump Dump Road, Norway: Take Route 117 (Harrison Road) from the Lake Road in Norway. The access road is on the right about 3.4 miles from the Lake Road. Watch for the sign that says Frost Hill Site.
Transfer Station Hours:
Monday - CLOSED
Tuesday and Wednesday - 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.
Thursday - CLOSED
Friday and Saturday - 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.
Sunday - 8:00 am until 1:00 pm
Recycling is Mandatory. Flyers are available at the Transfer
Station. Clear Trash Bags are Mandatory. NPSW requires a
Waste Disposal Permit ("Dump Sticker") for your vehicle,
available at the Transfer Station.
Frost Hill Summer Hours:
Monday - CLOSED
Tuesday and Wednesday - 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.
Thursday - CLOSED
Friday and Saturday - 8:00 am until 4:00 pm
Sunday - CLOSED
Frost Hill Winter Hours:
Monday and Tuesday - CLOSED
Wednesday - 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.
Thursday - CLOSED
Friday and Saturday - 8:00 am until 4:00 pm

Please feel free to call for information on what can and cannot be dumped, how much money it costs, and what goes to the Transfer Station and what goes to Frost Hill, 743-8518. Flyers are available at the Transfer Station.
We recycle used motor oil, fluorescent bulbs, ballast, mercury thermometers and thermostats. Please call for further information before bringing in these items
