Our officers are on duty 24/7 but often they're out on patrol or handling a complaint.
Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but sometimes no one is in the office to answer your call.
When this happens, your call will be transferred directly to the Oxford County Dispatch Center.
You can tell the dispatcher what you need or leave a message that will be relayed to the Norway Police Department
