RESTRICTED HOUSING OF ANIMALS ORDINANCE
It shall be unlawful to keep animals (HORSES, PONIES, SHEEP and PIGS) within two hundred (200) feet of the nearest residence within the built-up section of the Town of Norway unless the manure is kept within a building and is disposed of every seven (7) days.
Anyone found in violation of this ordinance shall pay a fine or not less than ten ($10.00) dollars for the first violation and up to fifty ($50.00) dollars for each violation thereafter.
